A bit harsh maybe but there is something to it. Let’s face it, sooner or later your board will need some kind of maintenance.

To ease the process and speed things up, there are a few things you can prepare before contacting us:
- Find your order number
- Record a film/take some pictures
Do you have the possibility to record a short film or take some pictures of the problem you’re experiencing? Then please do!
This is most likely the first thing we’re gonna ask for.Larger films than 7mb are preferably sent via something like sprend.com since our email can’t handle larger files.
We have chosen to not provide any phone support since we don’t have staff that can be available during the hours needed for that. We kindly ask you to contact us by email or on our facebook page. We always get back to you as fast as we can.
